Nursery

During both services, babysitting is available for infants and toddlers up to three years old. 

The nursery committee maintains the nurseries, washes crib sheets, and sets up schedules for nursery attendants. These schedules are handed out to congregation members once every four months. The schedules are also printed in the weekly bulletin.

All members of the congregation aged ten and up will be considered to help in the nursery. When schedules are created, the nursery committee will try to maintain a four to one ratio between children and attendants. Only on duty attendants and parents may be in the nursery during or after the services.

The infant nursery must have at least two adult women as attendants at all times. The toddler nursery must have at least one adult male, one youth and one female over age 16 as attendants.

Children are to be signed in and out of the nursery. Parents should inform nursery attendants if they prefer to take their own child to the toilet or change their diaper.
