Parenting and fulfilling our baptismal vows are not easy tasks, and yet are two of the most important tasks in life as a family. A parenting course facilitated by Keith V. is set to begin on Friday, January 8th, 2016 at 7pm, every other week, for six sessions. The course will cover the following:
1. The 10 best gifts you’ll ever give your kids
2. How to listen so kids will speak and how to speak so kids will listen
3. Discipline isn’t spelled P-U-N-I-S-H-M-E-N-T
4. Ten ways to improve your child’s self-confidence
5. Caution: Anger ahead
6. Birth Order: What you need to know about it
7. Standing up to the new Goliath: Helping kids overcome the negative influences of the Internet, Media and Technology
It is our prayer that many will sign up for this course and learn together and with each other. This is a great opportunity to also get to know other parents and gain support from each other.
